Rich-Lee Custom Homes has constructed two houses for us. When it came time to build our first house in Strathmore, I already knew Rich-Lee Custom Homes had a solid reputation. We were looking for a custom builder to address the specific needs of our family. Leanne never said “you can’t do that”, she said, “if this is important for your family, we will find a way".
Both houses were built on a cost plus purchase agreement and both houses came in under budget, significantly so with the second house. Leanne informed us immediately if one of our choices would put us over budget and recommended alternatives, or suggested other areas where we could save. Leanne was just as committed to coming in on budget as we were, often negotiating lesser prices with subcontractors.
Leanne kept us up-to-date on the progress of the build and promptly informed us of any issues and how she was resolving them. Any issues were dealt with fairly and in a professional and timely manner. We loved both houses, and very much appreciate that Rich-Lee Custom Homes truly builds homes, not just houses.
