Our recent new home build with Rich-Lee Custom Homes was a very positive and pleasant experience. We were experienced home builders ourselves so we entered into this with great expectations. Leanne was always willing to listen when we came up with conflicting opinions and she had great ideas and input to help us resolve the differences. Communications between us were excellent, we were always kept up to date on the progress of the build. Leanne had high standards when it came to her trades so we soon became comfortable knowing things were done well and if not, they would be redone until both of us were happy. We would highly recommend Rich-Lee Custom Homes as a home builder.
